4. Website Subscription

4.2 Members are limited to one account only with “ForFree4U.com”. Any attempts to create multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
4.3 A user may not use another person’s name or information to receive products from this website. An exception to this condition applies where one party is visually or physically impaired or needs legitimate assistance in joining the website. We do request, however, that any and all offer completions are done with the full knowledge and consent of the user who is having it completed. We further request that any such instances are reported to us through a support ticket in order that we may better understand the needs of our users and to ensure that their account is not inappropriately placed on hold. Proof may be requested in order to investigate the legitimacy of offers being carried out on behalf of others.
4.4 Referral credits cannot be transferred between accounts.
4.5 Members must be over the age of eighteen, and a resident of the United Kingdom.

5. Offers and Products
5.1 Receiving credit for an offer cannot be guaranteed.
5.2 Users must complete the offer by clicking on the offer link from this website and nowhere else. We reserve the right not to give credit for referrals made using the website of any of our affiliates, competitors or the offer provider’s website.
5.3 If a user believes that they have fully completed an offer and yet has not been credited, they should contact us via a support ticket on our website. This must include your name, account name, e-mail address, offer completed and the date of completion, as well as any supporting evidence you can provide us.
5.4 The user is responsible for saving all the confirmation e-mails they receive associated with offer completion. We will not manually credit a user for an offer without receiving a confirmation e-mail from the user. However, presenting a confirmation e-mail does not guarantee that a user will receive credit.

6. Products and Delivery
6.1 We cannot guarantee the availability of a product at the time of order. If a product is unavailable, you will be contacted and given an alternative option.
6.2 “ForFree4U.com” cannot deliver items to PO Box addresses or addresses outside the United Kingdom.
6.3 We are not responsible for lost orders due to, but not limited to, incorrect shipping addresses or faults on behalf of the shipping companies.
6.4 Verification of orders can take approximately 28 days.
6.5 “ForFree4U.com” does not accept refunds or exchanges except where an error is made on our part.

7. Reasonableness of Exclusions and Limitations
7.1 You agree that each of the limitations referred to in clauses 3 to 6 above is reasonable having regard to the nature of our website and in particular given that when you purchase information, goods or services through our website you will enter into a separate contract with the supplier in each case.
7.2 None of the exclusions or limitations in the said clauses shall exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
7.3 None of the above exclusions shall affect any statutory rights which are not capable of being excluded. However, in such case our obligation, where permitted by law, will be limited to the re-supply of our website, good or service to you.
7.4 Each of the above exclusions or limitations shall be construed as separate, and severable, provision of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Termination of subscription
8.1 We may place your account on hold indefinitely and with immediate effect if you are in material breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 A user who has had their account placed on hold may not create another account on the “ForFree4U.com” website.
8.3 A user may not receive reimbursement for referrals accumulated prior to being placed on hold.
8.4 We reserve the right to place a user’s account on hold after they have received credit for a free item, and even after ordering and receiving their free item. We also hold the right to follow up legally on fraudulent activities.
8.5 Common Reasons for being placed on hold include but are not limited to:
• Multiple accounts
• Fraudulent referrals
• More than one account at a user’s shipping address
• Any other reason or a combination of reasons at the sole discretion of “ForFree4U.com”

9. Links to other websites
9.1 Certain links, including hypertext links, in our website will take you outside our website. Links are provided for your convenience and inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement or approval by us of the linked website, its operator or its content. We are not responsible for the content of any website outside our website.
9.2 All users complete offers through affiliates at their own risk. We are not responsible for the services or products associated with our affiliate offer providers. If there is a complaint about services or products received from an affiliate, users should directly contact the offer provider in question.
